Jennifer Lovely is an entrepreneur and life-long learner with a profound desire to transform lives through coaching, movement, deep compassion, and truth telling.

Jennifer’s refined self-realization skills empower truth, grace, and purpose in her clients.  Her trailblazing program Reclaiming Grace provides valuable support to high-achieving clients cultivating success while burdened with unresolved trauma. Reclaiming Grace empowers clients to slow down, heal, and create purpose in their relationship with themselves and others. To disobey the limited beliefs instilled in us in childhood; and, to remember the innate truth within ourselves is self-revolution!

While weaving in the metaphysical to bring a balanced approach to healing and integration of the self, Jennifer also integrates Ontology: The study of who we are being; Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté): Uncovering the root of our coping mechanisms and trauma; Somatic Work: Allowing our bodies the ability to express our emotions through movement and transformational breathwork.

Her passion is person-to-person work, providing clients the opportunity to bring their full self to every call and/or meeting, creating sacred weekend experiences to transcend the mundane, and see beyond our paper identity to the extraordinary human that is inside. Jennifer has an affinity for all things grounded in self, and believes we are our own gurus. She loves the messy grit of life and isn’t afraid of getting her hands dirty with clients.

In a world where our ambitions and addictions to success override our need to be our authentic selves, being present, connected to our intuition and our emotions is true healing. Jennifer’s desires and deep ambitions stretch beyond the personal growth model. She wants all humans to find freedom in who they are to fully embody their extraordinary parts of themselves that were left behind in childhood.

Jennifer works internationally with scientists, doctors, executives, and everyone in between.

To Heal is to become ‘WHOLE’

It is in our ‘Being’ that distinguishes us in the world. It is in how we walk, talk, and share with the world that allows our connection to others and nature. Our invitation in life is to be more of who we are in the world, more of our joy, our deep internal knowledge of our soul, and to create our lives from that place. I found that when I am most authentic, is when I am in the realm of nature and allowing myself to be fully seen and for me to full see.
