THE APPLICATION PROCESS

I am deeply committed to the work of transformation. As a woman that has spent her years transforming her heart, soul and spirit, it feels important that you and I see each other fully. I want to know you, I respect you and I see you, knowing your needs, wants and desires is sacred. It allows for you to choose powerfully in the process of working with me, and me with you. It gives us time for the process to be sacred in wisdom. In this space we are able to co-create what it is that you deeply want in your life, and how you want to feel. It is possible you may be in pain “right now” and you may want to have that immediate pain lifted, this is normal. The 9 month process will give you access to your deeper knowing and that is bigger than the pain from now, it asks you to look deeper into the root and transform your pain into wisdom by which you will be able to hear what your soul is asking of you.

Coaching is a co-creation of a relationship, I believe that you have the answers within you already, although they may be hidden, I believe you are whole. Working with me allows for self-inquiry as well as allowing for yourself to not know, and getting curious about what you do know.

Our survival mechanisms (automatic ways of being ie: how we may automatically react when we are triggered or are in pain) help us get through many hardships and successes in our lives, name 2 ways your survival mechanism has helped you? And hurt you?

Can you foresee anything that will be in the way of a 9 month commitment?

Coaching and healing does not happen over- night it is a process in which we allow ourselves to practice being, and playing with what we want in our lives, it requires vulnerability, curiosity, practicing loving ourselves, in some cases reparenting ourselves, and deeply loving the inner child that is still at play in your life, and commitment. It is a 9-month process 1 time a week for 75 minutes and practicing in between. 9 months is part of the transformation and rebirthing process of the healing.
