In a breath-work session, the client will be lying down or comfortably reclined, and begin the process of conscious connected breathing. Jenn employs hands-on work to help focus the breath into specific parts of the body, bringing awareness and an expanded breath to help integrate repressed emotional patterns which no longer serve us.

What is Transformational Breath?

Transformational Breath is a transformative, self-empowering healing modality that utilizes a dynamic and powerful breathing pattern to open the breath, oxygenate the cells, and create a high vibrational energy field in the body. Through the principle of entrainment, this energy field helps integrate unconscious patterns, energy blocks and past trauma. As we free up the energy stored in these unconscious patterns and locked emotional memories, we increase our natural ability to live fully - allowing us to breathe without restriction, increase our energy, and bring a sense of peace and love, ultimately giving access to higher levels of consciousness. This process can be profound and yet is profoundly simple.

What can I expect in a session?

In a breath work session, the client will be lying down or comfortably reclined, and begin the process of conscious connected breathing. Jenn employs hands-on work to help focus the breath into specific parts of the body, bringing awareness and an expanded breath to help integrate repressed emotional patterns which no longer serve us.

The process is designed to resolve unconscious patterning which has been stored in the body, sometimes for our entire lives. Participants may experience the full range of emotions during this work - from sadness or anger to love and joy. The Transformational Breath session promotes suppressed unconscious patterns to entrain with the higher vibrational frequency created by this specific breathing technique. Negative feelings stored in the cellular memory are often transformed into profound feelings of acceptance and gratitude. This occurs through integrating the emotions associated with the events that produced our original beliefs about how things appear to be. Individuals report feeling more positive in their emotional states, less stress, and the ability to live life with more clarity, creativity, and joy.

The process of Transformational Breath may shift your belief system. Virtually all who engage in this work find that their spiritual growth is accelerated, as awareness expands.
