Presence, Breath & Balls

Presence, Breath & Balls

$25.00

Join me for a 1 hour 15 min class on November 4th at 930 am and 1045 am embodying your body, giving the gift of your presence to sensate and palpate your body’s feels.

Class rate: $25 {I supply the balls, or you bring your own}

Creating a presence in our lives in our modern world is an illusion without bringing bottoms-up experiences to our world. When we engage our bodily sensations and experiences, we can begin to be present within ourselves. We can start to recognize our flight, fight, and freeze responses and unwind where they originate inside us.

I use the 5 P approach to get us to our parasympathetic nervous system:

Perspective: Mindset, a supportive self message.

Place: Peaceful, where you feel safe.

Position: Reclined, on our backs or slope

Pace of Breath: Slower, with elongated exhales

Palpitation: Appropriate pressure of ball massage.

We use these to unwind our mental and emotional stress and the tension from the hips, lower back, shoulders, and neck by using techniques from YogaTune Up® Therapy balls and the coregeous ball to support lymph, improve joint range of motion and is ideal for individuals who are touch adverse.

When we attune to our body's need for rest, we are consciously pressing pause and building resilience.

I would love to see you Breathing, Rolling and Resting {consciously}
