Weekly 70 min class that focuses on conscious breathing; a range of motion, and muscle balancing.

DAY OPTIONS: TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS at 10am

For 19 years I have been curating unique, attentive and focused programs to align and shift the body morphing it into whatever shape you decide.

By placing the focus on conscious movement and breath work you can move again.

Classes are for all mobility levels and I keep them small for attention and time with each student. We use our own bodies and props for support and strength, and focus on the original pilates discipline through the adaptation of our own bodies.

I know from experience how limited mobility can affect your health. I would love to help you on your journey towards a level of wellness and fitness you have never experienced before.
