Desire’s ~ Wants ~Needs

Ebb and Flow with where we are in our lives.

Change can happen via an event in our lives or a deeper desire to have things go differently.

You may or may not need to quit your job, become vegan, or sell everything you own to find meaning or have change.

There is much more to who you are than truly know. You are something mysterious and someone magnificent. You hold this truth within your heart where it stirs for safekeeping. You may sometimes feel that you have something stuck in your machine - called the body, mind, and Soul. And maybe thoughts that you do not matter in the bigger scheme of life, or possibly that you cannot feel the deeper, more meaningful parts to you and how it relates to the rest of your world.

Do you value taking journeys that are both gratifying and challenging to find the deeper parts of you, the parts that hold your more profound wisdom and a deeper longing for something more. A journey in healing and of growing the parts you have left behind so that you can move forward towards YOUR version of greatness and creation of the life you genuinely desire to live.

Your issues live in your tissues. This journey is accomplished through the integration of trauma-sensitive yoga postures which safely and effectively offers healing movements to

 * release trauma from your tissues and through use of the *breath to reduce autonomic sympathetic activation which integrate restorative postures to *improve neuroendocrine response and* reduce emotional distress and increase the quality of living.
